Job Description: An Agency Unit Head's responsibilities include recruitment and training of Agency Unit Manager (AUM) and Health Benefits Agents (HBA). An AUH shall train, supervise, coordinate and direct the activities of his/her unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Canvassing and account maintenance
  • Operates as a contact person for assigned clients
  • Communicates client needs and demands to Maxicare
  • Ensures yearly renewal of closed accounts
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Coordinates with unit members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
  • Collaborates with Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities within the account
  • Assists with clients' demands, requests, and escalations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be Graduated (at least) from a Secondary Level
  • -18 – 65 years old
  • Preferably with Sales and Managerial Experience in different industries
  • Preferably with experience handling clients' demands and needs
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate professionally
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Time Management skills Industry
  • Hospital & Health Care
