Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive Experience in high volume Hiring
  • Handling all positions from Entry Level to Sr. Level positions (technical and non-technical roles).
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, contacts, references, social media, etc.
  • Screening prospective candidates through telephonic and Video Interviews.
  • Conducting the initial rounds of the interview and shortlisting candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Processing candidates for a Job offer and endorsing for the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO Recruitment (volume hiring).
  • Excellent English communication skills - written and oral.
  • Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills (Advanced level of English C1 level).

Must have a laptop/desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:

  • Processor: Core i5 or higher
  • RAM: 8GB or higher
  • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:
  • Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps
  • Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps
  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise.
