Job Description:
- Accurately calculate and process employee wages, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Prepare and distribute payroll statements to employees.
- Process and administer employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies related to benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate payments.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, and related regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
