Administrative Duties
Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Handle office correspondence, scheduling, filing, and document preparation.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office needs.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal communications.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.
Collections & Accounts Receivable Support
Monitor aging reports and follow up with customers on outstanding invoices.
Send payment reminders, statements, and collection notices as needed.
Coordinate with the accounting department on billing discrepancies and payment updates.
Maintain accurate records of collection activity and client communications.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports related to receivables.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 per month
