The Marketing Associate plays a key role in enhancing the organization's brand presence through strategic content creation, social media management, and regular website updates. The role also involves providing administrative support to the marketing team, including assistance with content scheduling, coordination, event preparation, and other general marketing activities.

This position is part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and high-quality communication across all channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)

· Manage and update the company's website

· Write and edit marketing content for campaigns, blog posts, and newsletters

· Coordinate with internal teams to gather and organize content

· Assist in planning and executing marketing events and promotional activities

· Maintain posting calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing tasks

· Provide administrative support to the Fabtech Marketing team

Qualifications:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design

· Familiarity with social media platforms and trends

· Basic knowledge of content management systems

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

· Strong organizational and administrative abilities

· A team player with a proactive attitude

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
