Playschool Teacher/Psychometrician

Title: Playschool Teacher (Psychology / Licensed Psychometrician)

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Psychometrician with at least one (1) year of experience working with children aged 1–5 years to join our team as a Playschool Teacher. The role combines child assessment, teacher mentoring, family communication, and classroom leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver play-based lessons aligned with the playschool curriculum.
• Supervise weekly activity blocks and ensure child engagement.
• Conduct developmental observations and prepare timely progress reports.
• Administer, interpret, and apply psychometric assessments appropriate for early childhood.
• Prepare certificates for milestones and manage transitions.
• Mentor and support assistant teachers and classroom aides.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and emotionally supportive classroom environment.
• Capture and post classroom content for social media in line with branding and privacy guidelines.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as data encoding, attendance tracking, inventory updates, report filing, and schedule coordination.
• Use Google Suites and other essential office tools for routine admin duties.
• Communicate with families professionally; address concerns with fairness and discretion.
• Uphold school policies, safety protocols, licensing requirements, and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Psychology with Licensed Psychometrician in the Philippines (PRC license required).
• Minimum one (1) year experience working directly with children aged 1–5 years.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and assessment.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Basic media skills (photo/video) and familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram preferred.
• Professional, warm, and collaborative approach to working with families and staff.
• Current first aid/CPR certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work on Saturdays as playschool have scheduled sessions during Sat.
• Willing to be trained in our main branch and relocate soon to our second branch at Calle Industria Eastwood area Quezon City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
