About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who will lead and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple teams and clients simultaneously.

Beyond project coordination, the Project Manager is also expected to uphold integrity and transparency by investigating and ensuring that no sidelines, unauthorized transactions, or other unethical practices occur during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute projects according to approved timelines and budgets.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and project accuracy.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor day-to-day progress and address issues promptly.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive actions.
  • Enforce ethical business conduct and ensure compliance with company policies and project standards.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure that deliverables meet required specifications.
  • Provide regular progress reports and project updates to management and clients.
  • Lead project closure activities, including evaluation, documentation, and final approval.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of project management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to ethical practices, accountability, and professionalism.

Work Setup & Schedule

  • Onsite at G/F YMC Building, 2320 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Magallanes, Makati
  • Mondays to Saturdays - 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
