Personal Assistant (Hybrid – Part-Time)
I run a company based in Makati and manage several side projects. I'm looking for a reliable personal assistant to help me with various administrative tasks.
Work Setup
- Hybrid arrangement
- Minimum of 8 hours per week
- At least 3 hours per week required on-site (Makati)
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks as instructed by my accountant
- Coordinate the procurement of medical supplies (for a family member's care)
- Assist with other miscellaneous admin work related to my business operations
Requirements
- College degree
- 3 to 5 years of administrative work experience
- Must own a laptop
- High proficiency in Excel and Google Drive
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php3, Php6,000.00 per week
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
