
Finance and Administration Associate

We are looking for a Finance and Administration Associate with at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong proficiency in QuickBooks. This is a dynamic role that combines finance, accounting, administration, receptionist duties, and client support.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain bookkeeping records and prepare financial reports using QuickBooks Online
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and perform reconciliations
- Assist with budgets, reports, and HR-related requirements
- Oversee office and pantry supplies, records management, and other administrative tasks
- Prepare client billings, statements of account, and monitor collections
- Coordinate with clients (existing and prospective) for documents, meetings, presentations, and marketing support
- Perform receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors, answering calls, and handling front desk communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in finance and administrative functions
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling client-facing and receptionist tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in audit, accounting, or professional services
- Familiarity with Philippine tax compliance and reporting
- Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
