At Thinking IT Corp., our tech and data teams power products that drive our clients' success. From building web applications to analyzing data that informs business decisions, this team combines coding, problem-solving, and creativity.

This internship is designed for students or recent grads interested in programming, data analysis, or emerging technologies. You'll get hands-on exposure to real projects while learning from experienced engineers and analysts.

● Reporting & Data Preparation
○ Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly reports (Excel, SQL, PowerBI).
○ Redesign or optimize existing reports while keeping the required structure.
○ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different reports.

● Data Analysis
○ Connect SQL databases or Excel sources to PowerBI and build dashboards/visualizations.
○ Perform basic SQL queries, create calculated columns, measures, and charts.
○ Handle missing or incomplete data with guidance.

● Support CRM Transition
○ Assist in migrating reporting processes from manual Excel tracking toward CRM and PowerBI.
○ Replicate and implement reporting workflows from larger projects into smaller sister websites.

● Collaboration
○ Work closely with the Data Analyst (Ramiz) to understand tables, reporting structures, and business KPIs.
○ Communicate results and insights to non-technical stakeholders in clear, simple language.

● Learning & Development
○ Gain exposure to Python for simple tasks (running and reviewing existing scripts, basic libraries).
○ Learn industry-specific reporting and data monitoring practices (iGaming context).

● Operational Support
○ Provide ad-hoc support in analyzing trends (e.g., drop-offs in deposits, campaign performance).
○ Participate in troubleshooting/reporting issues related to data

● General Internship Responsibilities
○ Complete assigned tasks independently but with guidance when needed.
○ Deliver outputs within timelines agreed with manager.

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (or relevant self-taught experience).
  • Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, or similar).
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Python libraries, etc.).
  • Strong interest in data, problem-solving, and technology.
  • Good written and spoken English communication.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
  • Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
Nice to have (not required):
  • Experience with GitHub or version control.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib, etc.).
  • Interest in AI/ML, automation, or web development.
