Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Data Analyst / Engineer to build and maintain scalable data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing across the organization. This role involves designing data pipelines, implementing ETL workflows, and ensuring data quality across systems. You'll work closely with global cross-functional teams to improve data operations and drive business efficiency

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems
  • Collaborate with international teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving
  • Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability
  • Operate independently and grow into a subject matter expert (SME)
  • Support continuous improvement of data infrastructure and practices

Qualifications

  • With experience in Data analyst- Preferably with Databricks or Databricks Unified Platform
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles
  • Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
