The Opportunity.

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support requirements gathering, documentation, and user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a similar role, with strong analytical and communication skills. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, preparing reports and presentation materials, and assisting in research and product documentation. A background in Computer Science, Accounting, or Finance, along with familiarity in testing and financial processes, is a plus.

The Role.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.
  • Document requirements and/or processes.
  • Attend meetings as assigned and prepare minutes of the meeting.
  • Gather data needed by the Product Manager to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Prepare presentation materials for meetings.
  • Conduct desk research as assigned by the PM/Digital Head.
  • Write documentation needed for a product, such as a job card, etc.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist the PM in documenting the result and/or status.

The Expertise.

  • With at least one year experience, preferably as Business Analyst or equivalent.
  • Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience writing business requirements.
  • Experience in testing software/system/platform.
  • Familiarity with financial transactions, general ledger, and reconciliation processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and defect tracking systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
