Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about design and construction, and who enjoys building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and project leads.
- Present and promote flooring products and solutions to clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal team for product sourcing, samples, and order fulfillment.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, design, or building materials industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
