We're looking for a Human Resource Manager who can strengthen our foundation through smart people management, structure, and culture — someone who can balance professionalism with the speed and energy of the trading world.

What You'll Do

As our HR Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our people operations. You'll help shape how we recruit, train, and retain top talent in the highly competitive world of trading.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for traders, analysts, and support staff — finding talent that matches our performance culture.

Develop and manage onboarding, training, and career development programs tailored for trading, finance, and crypto markets.

Handle payroll, commissions, incentives, and attendance systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

Collaborate with leadership on performance evaluations, KPIs, and incentive programs for traders and staff.

Build and nurture a positive, high-performance company culture focused on discipline, innovation, and growth.

Drive HR digitalization and analytics to enhance efficiency and transparency.

What You Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

2–3 years of HR experience in a prop trading firm, financial company, or forex/gold/crypto trading environment.

Strong grasp of performance-based compensation systems and fast-paced trading team dynamics.

Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence.

Passionate about supporting high-performing teams and building culture in a results-driven environment.

Nice to Have

HR certification or specialized training in employee relations or organizational development.

Experience recruiting crypto traders, financial analysts, or portfolio managers.

Familiarity with crypto exchanges, DeFi, or digital asset trading environments.
