About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and safety-conscious Warehouse Supervisor. This role is pivotal in ensuring the secure handling of hazardous materials, maintaining regulatory compliance, and optimizing warehouse efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of chemical warehousing protocols, and a proactive approach to team and process management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching chemical products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and hazardous material handling protocols (e.g., OSHA, REACH, local DENR guidelines)
  • Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and traceability
  • Supervise warehouse staff, conduct training on safety procedures, and promote a culture of accountability
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align warehouse activities with business needs
  • Maintain proper documentation for chemical storage, movement, and disposal
  • Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure to ensure operational readiness
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify risks and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse layout, workflow, and cost efficiency

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing sector
  • Strong understanding of chemical storage regulations and hazardous material handling
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and inventory software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Certification in safety management or hazardous materials handling is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
