Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Director located in Muntinlupa City. The Real Estate Sales Director will oversee the sales operations in the upscale market, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and manage a team of sales agents. Daily responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also involves staying updated with market trends, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to achieve business objectives.

  • Possess a Real Estate License
  • Skills in Sales and Real Estate
  • Customer Service and Real Property knowledge
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Muntinlupa City
  • Experience in the luxury real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
