Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Director at Crown Asia Properties, Inc., located in Muntinlupa City. The Real Estate Sales Director will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires close coordination with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction within the upscale market.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Real Estate License is an advantage
  • Experience and skills in Real Estate and Real Property sales
  • Strong Customer Service skills and proficiency in Sales management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Muntinlupa City
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a high-performing sales team
