Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager based in Las Pinas City. The Real Estate Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, manage a sales team, and ensure performance goals are met. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis, building client relationships, promoting properties, and coordinating with the marketing team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and understanding of Real Property markets
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build client relationships
  • Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
