Job description:
The Sales Head of a Real Estate Mass Housing Developer is a privotal role responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities in the organization, with a primary focus on two key sales channels: Broker Sales and In-house Digital Sales. The Sales Head's responsibilities include:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets for mass housing projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead, Mentor and Manage the sales team responsible for Broker Sales and In-house Digital Sales
- Target Setting: Set ambitious but achievable sales targets for both sale channels and monitor progress towards these goals.
- Channel Management: Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and manage the in-house digital sales team to maximize sales oppurtunities.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify oppurtunites and threats.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing and promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
- Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicator (KPIs) for sales team and regularly evaluate their performance.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively to optimize costs maximize revenue
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any course
- With proven experience as Sales Head in a real estate developer or similar
- With driver's license and can drive 4-wheel vehicles
- Willing to travel to NEXTASIA Location Sites located in South Luzon like Laguna and Batangas
- Willing to report in our head office located in Alabang Muntinlupa
