Core responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop financial forecasts, create budgets, and analyze variances to improve financial performance.

  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare financial statements, ensure compliance with all financial regulations, and act as a liaison with auditors.

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, including receipts and payments to vendors and clients.

  • Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting and finance team, reviewing their work for accuracy and timeliness.

  • Strategic Guidance: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support long-term financial goals and strategic decisions.

  • Internal Controls: Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key activities

  • Financial Reporting: Generate business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.

  • Budgeting: Develop and monitor departmental and organizational budgets.

  • Auditing: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.

  • Policy Management: Develop and implement accounting and finance policies.

  • Problem Solving: Identify trends, resolve financial issues, and implement corrective actions.

Skills and qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and regulations.

  • Leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication skills to present financial information to stakeholders.

Knowledgeable in CDA , Financial Statement and Disbursement.

  • Willing to work in SAMPALOC MANILA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
