Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and conducting financial analysis. Daily tasks will include monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, developing financial strategies, and supporting decision-making through insightful financial data. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Software and Tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in developing financial strategies and supporting decision-making processes
  • Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
