Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Metro Manila for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, which includes preparing financial reports, forecasting, budget planning, and ensuring compliance with financial laws and regulations. The role also involves overseeing accounts, monitoring cash flow, developing financial strategies, analyzing data to support decision-making, and working closely with senior management to optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Cash Flow Management
  • Understanding of Compliance and Regulatory Standards related to finance
  • Demonstrated skill in Data Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks or MS Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA certification or MBA is a plus)
  • Prior experience in a mid- to senior-level financial management role
