Job Summary
:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Manila office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance, strong communication skills, and proven management experience. Fluency in English and familiarity with the BPO industry are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Oversee the financial operations of the Manila office, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting including the end-to-end payroll process.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls to optimize efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure healthy financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align financial goals with business strategies.
  • Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Strong management and leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading finance teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
