HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Job Objectives:

Responsible in the accomplishment of the day to day operations of the HR Department

Specific Responsibilities:

HR Goals

  • Set short and long term objectives and goals in line with organizational objectives.
  • Oversees the daily operations of the HR Department to ensure accomplishment of day to day operations and goals.

Recruitment

  • Achieve timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
  • Processes job offer, collate job requirements, employment contract.
  • Conducts new employee orientation.

Employee Relations

  • Keeps the company abreast and updated on the various regulatory issues, including recent laws and jurisprudence, such as, but not limited to the implementation of minimum wage, additional benefits, etc., and evaluates its implications for proper compliance by the company.
  • Conducts counselling for employees who have manifested behaviors not aligned with the company's corporate values. Implements progressive discipline for employees who have consistently violated the company's rules and regulations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Ensure 100% accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Monitor utilization of HMO/benefits and recommend cost-efficient programs.
  • Address salary concerns of employees relative to salary structure or wage distortion, if any.

Performance Management

  • Monitors probationary employees and ensures that all probationary employees are evaluated on time.
  • Initiates conduct of annual performance evaluation accross the organization and ensures that it is complied with.

Employee Development

  • Monitors training plan for the organization.
  • Coordinates with external providers for trainings, HR Development of APFC for internal trainings.

Administrative

  • Attends meetings where HR is needed.
  • Processes RFP, CA or other documents necessary for the fulfillment of the function.

Job Specifications:

Graduate of BS Psychology or any Human Resources course
