HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Job Objectives:

This role is responsible in the accomplishment of the day to day operations of the HR Department.

Specific Responsibilities:

1) HR Goals

  • Set short and long term objectives and goals in line with organizational objectives.
  • Oversees the daily operations of the HR Department to ensure accomplishment of the day to day operations and goals.

2) Recruitment

  • Responsible in end to end recruitment process and ensures meeting manpower requirements of the organization.
  • Process recruitment requests, posts recruitment ads, sources and screens applicants, endorses qualified applicants to requesting departments for interview.

3) Employee Relations

  • Develop and implements HR Policies and Procedures and Company Rules and Regulations.
  • Keeps the company abreast and updated on the various regulatory issues, including recent laws and jurisprudence, such as, but not limited to the implementation of minimum wage, additional benefits, etc., and evaluates its implications for proper compliance by the company.

4) Compensation and Benefits

  • End to end payroll process
  • Address salary concerns of employees relative to salary structure or wage distortion, if any.
  • Process enrollment to GPAI, HMO and government institutions for government-mandated contributions.

5) Performance Management

  • Monitors probationary employees and ensures that all probationary employees are evaluated on time.
  • Ensures that all employees are with performance plan, guides the organization in monitoring performance plan.

6) Employee Development

  • Monitors training plan for the organization
  • Ensures that there is an employee development plan laid down for all employees
  • Coordinates with external providers for trainings, HR Development Department of APFC for internal trainings.

7) Administrative

  • Attends meetings where HR is needed.
  • Process COE
  • Process RFP, CA, or other documents necessary for the fulfillment of the function.

Job Specifications:

A. Education - Graduate of BS Psychology or any Human Resources Course

B. Practical Knowledge (Experience) - At lease 1-3 years relevant experience in HR Functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
