KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performance Management and Improvement Systems

  • Implementation of the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct
  • Employee Retention
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Vendor Management relationship
  • Stakeholder's Management

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 5 years of HR experience with 3 years People Leader background as Manager/Asst. Manager, ideally BPO industry set-up
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Policy Development and Implementation of Code of Conduct
  • Exposure to Labor Laws and Human Resource functions
  • Experience identifying and resolving issues independently - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
  • Preferably with Leadership Development & Talent Management Experience
