KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performance Management and Improvement Systems
- Compliance to local labor laws
- Implementation of the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct
- Employee Retention
- Policy development and documentation
- Vendor Management relationship
- Stakeholder's Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of HR experience with 3 years People Leader background as Manager/Asst. Manager, ideally BPO industry set-up
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Policy Development and Implementation of Code of Conduct
- Exposure to Labor Laws and Human Resource functions
- Experience identifying and resolving issues independently - solid sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
- Preferably with Leadership Development & Talent Management Experience
