Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as managing HR records, assisting with HRIS, benefits administration, and supporting training initiatives. Daily duties will include updating employee records, assisting with the recruitment process, and coordinating benefits programs.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Benefits Administration skills
- Training and employee development skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
