The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team by assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, records management, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and proactive individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in HR operations within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement programs and events
  • Prepare HR-related documents and reports
  • Assist with compliance and audit requirements
  • Perform general administrative tasks for the HR department
  • Provide support in other HR projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Editing Platforms (Excel, Word, Outlook, Canva, Photoshop)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
