We are seeking a HR -Talent Acquisition with proven experience in high-volume recruitment, specifically for BPO agent roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-volume hiring strategies to fill BPO agent positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psyhology, or a related field.
  • 6 months - 1 year experience in volume recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas and can start ASAP
