Talent Acquisition Intern
to support our recruitment efforts and gain invaluable experience in the world of HR and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Recruitment Processes:
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. - Candidate Outreach:
Help identify and engage candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media. - Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates to ensure a seamless interview process. - Market Research & Sourcing Strategy:
Collaborate with the team to identify new talent pools and sourcing strategies. - Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance with offer letters, candidate documentation, and recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- Current Student
pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong passion for human resources and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience or interest in recruitment and HR is a plus.
