We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment operations. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in HR and specialize in recruitment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and shortlisting of candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Perform other recruitment-related tasks assigned by the TA team.

Qualifications
  • With or without prior recruitment experience (training will be provided).
  • Graduate of any 4-year course (Psychology, HR, Business, Communications, or related fields preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and online recruitment tools.
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and deliver within deadlines.
