The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting and onboarding success throughout the organization and plays a critical role in insuring that we are hiring and assimilating the best possible talents.

You will provide a best-in-class recruitment experience for all level hiring. In this role, you will help to implement 

and execute the firm's people strategy by managing interviews, supporting Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders, and other various  aspects of the full lifecycle recruiting process. You will be challenged in this role to juggle the administrative work associated  with multiple clients and searches with changing priorities. The ideal candidate must possess a strong work ethic and an innate  sense of follow up and persistence in their daily tasks. Working with the Leadership team, the successful candidate will help  closely track the progress of the searches and monitor the activities of all key parties.

Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to):

  • Assisting in the implementation of recruitment and appointment process
  • Handle overtime and retirement health insurance and group insurance and administration
  • Managing attendance, including entering and importing daily attendance sheets to monitor actual attendance status
  • Creating and maintaining human resource-related records, such as employee information and job descriptions
  • Providing administrative and general affairs support
  • Collecting employee learning data
  • File documents for future reference
  • Managing personnel regulations and form control
  • Tackle other projects as assigned by Supervisor
  • Developing and keeping up to date policies relating to employment hiring
  • Partnering with hiring managers (Taiwan) to determine manpower requirements
  • Organizing and taking part of hiring procedures and process as required
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
  • Promoting company's reputation as "best place to work"
  • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
  • Ensuring compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
  • Assisting HR manager in Recruitment budget
  • Act as a point of contact in Talent Acquisition
  • Maintaining the Social networking sites of WSP TA and platforms in Taiwan
  • Recommend best candidate
  • Building and maintaining the relationship with the recruitment partners, online job providers and other networks
  • Attends TA meeting/catch-up regurlary
  • Maintaining the TA Data base
  • and, in charge of Graduate to Mid-graduate level of candidate.

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor degree in Psychology or any Human Resouces course
  • With three (3) years relevant experience as talent acquisition.
  • Knowledgeable in handling end to end process of recruitment
  • Knowledge and prior experience with Human Resources policies & practices is a plus.
  • Team player with previous experience supporting multiple people in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent grammar, vocabulary, and enunciation.
  • Demonstrates superior customer service and problem-solving skills while displaying tact and courtesy.
  • Team oriented with the ability to flex in support of timelines and deliverables
  • Forward thinker with the ability to anticipate the needs of clients and candidates and identity and resolve issues quickly.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
