We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team on a 12-month project basis. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a
fast-paced environment
, has a proven track record in hiring for
financial roles or similar functions
, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences while driving strategic hiring initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the People Team to lead recruitment efforts across designated business units, manage ramp-up projects, and contribute to broader talent strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, candidate experience, and quality of hire.
  • Independently manage recruitment activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other Talent Acquisition professionals to align hiring strategies with business needs.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, including passive candidates.
  • Conduct structured, competency-based interviews using standardized assessment tools.
  • Negotiate offers and maintain a high offer acceptance rate by aligning candidate expectations with organizational values and rewards.
  • Analyze internal and external talent data to inform hiring decisions and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Required Competencies

  • Deep understanding of talent markets within assigned business units, regions, or functions.
  • Expertise in direct sourcing and talent pool development across multiple channels.
  • Strong ability to assess both internal and external talent using structured methodologies.
  • Skilled in communicating and influencing stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines while maintaining high standards.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to engage with candidates across all levels of seniority.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to financial, legal, or accounting roles.
  • Proven experience in conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities, particularly through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
