We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in driving our hiring efforts and ensuring we attract the right talent to support our business growth.

This role requires sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we'd like to meet you 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post job openings on effective channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates, and arrange interview appointments.
  • Act as a point of contact and build strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process.
  • Prepare approval emails, employment documents, and handle other recruitment administrative tasks.
  • Manage weekly and monthly recruitment reports for the Hiring Manager and Head of HR.
  • Prepare and coordinate background and reference checks.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
