We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team If you're passionate about recruitment and enjoy connecting with top talent, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers).
  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through different recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
