Business Development Executive

Job Description Summary
- Conduct daily cold calling, emailing and messaging to new target markets and make onsite appointment to meet prospects.
- Generating leads, qualifying prospects, preparing sales quotations & business proposals and closing sales
- Understand prospect needs and requirements to demonstrate the company's products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Responsible for your sales performance and to meet or exceed the agreed sales targets and OKRs.
- Adhere to and responsible of the outdoor pre-sales, on-sales and post-sales processes.
- Learn and have an in-depth understanding and knowledge of all department processes.
- Build and maintain accurate database and records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company's SAP CRM.
- Provide ongoing after-sales customer support to ensure customer satisfaction, build relationship and promote upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trend, competition and market.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and development initiatives.
- Always a Team player and work together to support self, company and colleagues.
- Any other official tasks and jobs assigned by the immediate superior.
Job Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in the office equipment (Copier Industry)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative and customer-first approach to identifying business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Consistent track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and drive.
Additional details:
- Permanent and direct hire engagement
- Mon - Fri - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, 2 Saturdays half day in a month
- Full onsite; office in Ortigas Center, Pasig
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
