We're looking for a seasoned B2B sales leader who's ready to take charge of our Luzon territory and drive impact in the food industry.
About the Role
As our Area Sales Manager, you'll be the key driver of business development and client relationships across Luzon. You'll lead strategic sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and expand our footprint in the flour and cooking oil segments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, builds trust with clients, and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B clients in Luzon.
- Manage and grow accounts in the flour and cooking oil sectors.
- Conduct regular client visits and product presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in flour and/or cooking oil.
- Proven track record in territory management and client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Luzon.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferably with a vast network in the flour and oil industry.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and culturally aligned with a growth mindset.
