Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Metro Manila. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within assigned territories, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing a sales team, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. Additionally, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data, and providing feedback to upper management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, team leadership, and territory management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
  • Strong understanding of market research and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
