What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions
  3. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
  6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or chat/email support environment
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  5. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and MS Office applications
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to going the extra mile
