About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking passionate Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across both voice and non-voice channels, ensuring our clients receive the support they need.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  3. Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Collaborating with team members to enhance customer experience
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and complaints
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
  6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
