About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chat Support Customer Service Representative (CSR). This fulltime position is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila and will involve providing excellent customer service through online chat channels.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt and efficient customer support through online chat
  2. Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
  3. Troubleshooting issues and suggesting solutions to improve the customer experience
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and escalating complex cases as needed
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or chat support role
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle customer queries efficiently
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and online tools to provide customer support
  5. A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  6. Familiarity with the call centre and customer service industry in the Philippines
