About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team at NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO. This full-time role is based in our Alabang, Muntinlupa City office, where you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints by identifying and addressing their needs
  3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements
  6. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on a wide range of products and services

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer queries
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  4. A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
  5. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required
