About the role

We are urgently hiring for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our vibrant and fast-paced call centre team at our Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City location. As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in the customer service industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and managing incoming calls from customers, providing prompt and effective assistance
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  3. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate documentation
  5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience
  6. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a similar industry
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  6. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
