• Bachelor's Degree holder in BSBA or related
• Proven experience as Administrative Assistant
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially strong in EXCEL
• Good organizational skills, hardworking and can work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares request for payment
• Maintain and monitor the inventory of all office supplies and orders
• Maintains filing and monitoring of monthly remittance
• Answers, screens and transfer as needed inbound phone calls and handles customer concerns and queries
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by Finance Manager from time to time
