Administrative Assistant – Pascal Resources Energy, Inc. (Pasig, Kapitolyo)

Location: Pasig, Kapitolyo, Pasig City

Job Description: Handles the tracking, recording and monitoring of company assets. Monitors the Company vehicle registrations, PMS/repairs and keeps related documents. Assists in managing company assets including office equipment and furniture repair/maintenance. Assists in administrative documentation such as receiving, filing, etc. Performs other duties within the scope of responsibility by the immediate superior and/or Management from time to time.

Job Description: Provides a variety of operational and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the GFS team.   • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills; ability to work independently
  • Preferred: knowledge in finance/accounting; graphics/design for communications
