Lead Business Analyst for SovOps

The Lead BA will work with the Product Owners and ITD Subject Matter Experts on business requirements concerning SovOps.

Specifically, the business analyst will:

  1. Conduct requirements validation and usability workshops and present findings, including proposed solution designs that

consider user experience, to relevant stakeholders.

  1. Develop essential documentation for the project, such as user stories, data field specifications, and prototypes in alignment

with the project's User Interface – User Experience (UIUX) requirements.

  1. Document process handshakes and scenarios involving SovOps and downstream systems are thoroughly documented and

translated into clear integration requirements.

  1. Seeking approval from Product Owners for business requirements, scenarios, and prototypes.

  2. Assist in reviewing and validating test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.

  3. Coordinate with the testing team and provide support to users during Usability Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

  4. Monitor and assist in resolving bugs and issues as they arise.

The Lead BA will collaborate with his or her counterparts, from business, and technical side of new systems, including integr ation

within the ecosystem of ADB to achieve SovOps objective.

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

Lead BA to have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or any related course.
  • At least 10 years of solid experience in business analysis or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in banking, accounting, financial services sector.
  • 5 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes.
  • 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of an end-to-end solution deployment and management lifecycle based on Agile methodology is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of existing ADB systems such as eOperations, Procurement System and its downstream system integration is an

advantage.

Pay: Php130, Php150,000.00 per month
