About the Role

The Company is undertaking the modernization of its Integrated Disbursement System (IDS) to improve efficiency, transparency, and user experience in managing disbursements for sovereign operations, technical assistance, and other financing instruments.

As Business Analyst (BA), you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the Integrated Disbursement System Modernization (IDSM) project. This includes gaining deep insights into business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements, managing stakeholders, and performing quality assurance throughout the implementation of IDSM.

Key Responsibilities

As Business Analyst, your duties will include:

  • Conducting deep-dive analysis of existing processes, requirements, and applications related to The Company's disbursement operations
  • Engaging in requirements elaboration, solution design reviews, quality assurance, and issue resolution
  • Developing additional project requirements, including wireframes, prototypes (UX/UI), data specifications, business rules, workflows, integrations, and role-based access definitions
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts aligned with defined requirements
  • Leading product demos and usability testing sessions with Product Owners and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the testing team and supporting users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Monitoring, managing, and addressing system issues and bug fixes
  • Working closely with project stakeholders, including business and technical subject matter experts, to ensure successful integration and delivery
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of strong business analysis experience, particularly in end-to-end IT solution implementation and systems integration
  • At least 3 years of experience in solution design and documenting business processes
  • Experience in banking, accounting, or the financial services sector is highly desirable
  • Proven background in IT application testing and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with project and system development lifecycles (both Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
