About the Role:

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reports Analyst Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing data reporting, providing insights, and supporting process improvements across Talent Acquisition operations. This position requires advanced data handling skills and the ability to transform data into meaningful reports that drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee reporting initiatives for Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, performance metrics, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support automation and process improvement projects within the analytics function.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year course.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Formulas, Data Visualization).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition tools such as ATS, HRIS, or recruitment analytics platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
