Business Analyst – Global Gaming Studio

Join one of the world's top independent gaming studios, delivering next-gen AAA experiences. The Business Analyst will support Sales and Marketing through data-driven insights, focusing on revenue forecasting, monetization metrics, and promotion performance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and refine revenue prediction and monetization models using historical and behavioral data.
  • Develop forecasts for e-commerce promotions and evaluate ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data (SQL, Google Analytics, Mailchimp) to generate insights.
  • Create Tableau and MS dashboards to visualize sales metrics and trends.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate goals into measurable KPIs and improve decision-making.
  • Support process automation and ensure data accuracy across reporting systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Statistics, Business Intelligence, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Suite; Python and Google Analytics a plus.
  • Strong forecasting, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • E-commerce or gaming analytics experience preferred; passion for games a plus.
