* Client /Partner Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Conduct client meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand business needs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all IT related needs
  • Act as Consultant offering strategic insights to improve business processes through IT Solutions

* Stakeholder Coordination and Communications

  • Communicate Project updates, risk and dependencies clearly to stakeholders
  • Lead user Training Session and client on boarding for New IT Solutions
  • Gather feedback post implementation to ensure continuous improvement

* Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis

  • Translate Business needs into Functional specifications, user stories and system workflows.
  • Ensure Client expectations are align with the technical capabilities and project constraints
  • Create Business Requirement Documentation ( BRD), functional Specifications and use cases.
  • Ensure compliance with the industry standards, data security and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an I.T, consulting, or software development environment
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile, Cloud Computing, and IT infrastructure.
  • Knowledge on ERP Solutions, CRM, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, high adaptability in fast -paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
